This mixed-use project includes both the renovation and expansion of an historic Victorian and a new residential building next door. The combined spaces include four apartments, seven condominiums, a restaurant and beer garden, covered parking, and a shared roof space with wonderful views.
We honored the Victorian vernacular and rebuilt the turret for both design impact and interior space gains. The juxtaposition of the original Victorian with the new adjacent modern building design brings the best of both eras into relief.
The residents and restaurant clientele add new vitality to this long-neglected street corner.
